High Season: 1 Apr - 31 Aug .... From $250 to $310 per night
Mid Season: 1 Sep - 31 Oct .......From $230 to $290 per night
Low Season: 1 Nov - 31 Mar ..... From $190 to $205 per night
Longer or shorter stays by negotiation.
Bond $500 . Deposit 30% on booking - balance payable 14 days prior to arrival. Extras available: Full or partial service, provisioning (cost to be quoted)
Check in time: 2pm .......Check out 11am - can be extended where possible
Early check in is available at a cost of $100 (from 5am - 9am)
Cancellation policy: 30 dys notice - full refund less $20 admin fee; < 30 dys but > 7 dys - 50% refund of deposit; < 7 dys no refund of deposit.
