IN THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY AT SEA AND FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL PASSENGERS, 'RED SKY AT NIGHT' IS TOTALLY NON SMOKING
Booking:
Booking is confirmed with lodgement and acceptance of a completed booking form with 30% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable no later than 60 days prior to departure. Payment can be made by bank deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex - 3% surcharge applies on credit cards)
Cancellation:
The non-refundable 30% deposit is forfeited on cancellation. Cancellations within 60 days of departure will forfeit the total amount of the booking. Where a passenger(s) does not arrive and no cancellation has been received, then the total value of the booking is forfeited to Red Sky Cruises. If circumstances require Red Sky Cruises to cancel a cruise, as much notice as possible will be given. No liability, however, will fall on Red Sky Cruises for any expenses incurred as a result of the cruise cancellation save the refunding of monies already paid towards that cruise.
Insurance:
Red Sky Cruises is not liable for loss of, or damage to, baggage and personal property. It is recommended that comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and evacuation insurance, be taken out at the time of the initial booking.
Liability:
It is expected that all passengers are aware that due to the conditions in and the remoteness of the Kimberley region, they at some point during the cruise may face physical discomfort and the possibility of danger and accept this as the nature of the cruise.
Red Sky Cruises undertake to provide all due care during the cruise and provide every possible safety precaution but the ultimate responsibility for illness, accident or death, or any property damage or loss, including valuables, lies with the passenger.
Red Sky Cruises is not responsible for other carriers whose actions may result in passengers failing to meet the conditions set down for any Red Sky Cruises cruise.
